Our feed supplements are made from only the purest and most available ingredients sourced from Europe and around the world. They are purchased only from approved suppliers.

Vitamins

Vitamins are purchased from the UK and Europe, and from sources showing the highest biological availability combined with stability and purity. Each batch is accompanied by a quality declaration.

Trace Elements

Trace Elements are sourced from Europe and some, such as cobalt, from Central Africa. Only those showing high levels of stability and biological availability are used in our feed supplement premixes.

Major Minerals

Salt from Cheshire and special grade limestone from Derbyshire. In supplements our phosphorus source is Monocalcium Phosphate which, in all trials, has proved to be the most available source of phosphorus for pigs, poultry and ruminants. This is sourced from Sweden.

All the major ingredients are carefully blended to obtain a homogeneous mix and special graded granules are used to ensure a dust free, easy flow product. A special mineral oil is added to further reduce any potential for dust and to improve operator handling characteristics.

Traceability

Every batch is carefully recorded and sampled. Samples being retained for six months subsequent to manufacture. We ensure complete traceability on all raw materials and finished products, and manufacture in a contamination free environment.

Packaging

All products are packed in colour coded sacks to ensure easy recognition on the farm, and our label declarations list full ingredient and nutrient analyses together with medicinal declarations, should these products be incorporated.

Our flexability means that we are able to manufacture both large volumes of standard products and small special mix quantities of medicated supplements. Amino Acids, flavours, chelated trace elements, organic and inorganic acids are all raw materials which can readily be incorporated into feed supplements.

We are fully licence as a category A Manufacturer by the Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain, and all our procedures, our records and manufacturing facilities are subject to regular inspection.

Feed supplements might look the same, but I can assure you that there is a world of interest and a high degree of expertise put into every bag we manufacture.
